We would love to have your participation at the Christmas party on December 4th. We plan to have our traditional game of Santa (gift exchange, bring one per participant) in two divisions...Adult and Jr. We are also working on a fabulous door prize worth up to $100.00, plus possibly some other fun suprises. The location will be at Graceful E Farm, and graciously hosted by Joanne Eberstein. It is a potluck dinner, and GCC will provide the meats and wine. We will also have our general meeting to vote in new officers.

February 5, 2011 GCC awards and educational presentation

The GCC awards banquet will be held February 5th this year at the Tulsa Community College West Campus Gallery Room from 5-8pm. Park in the west parking lot as the Gallery Room is on the west side. Dinner will be at 5:30pm. Please plan to bring a salad and/or dessert to go with one of the pastas from Mazzio's (lasagna, penne with chicken, penne with marinara, or greek pasta).

Hi everybody,
here is the registration form for the March clinic with Sarah Martin. The cost will be $120/private and $75/semi private. If you want to do a semi private you need to find your own partner. It will be held at Kay Kamish's Rivendell Farm. Kay will handle the stalls for both overnight and day.

Sarah has to leave on Sunday so that will be a shorter day with only room for 6 rides, so only people riding all 3 days will get those spots.

Please return your forms to me with a $50 deposit, with the balance due February 25.

The Lilo Fore New Test Symposium registration form is now available. Demonstration rider applications are due Friday, March 25. We need at least two riders per level from Intro through 4th each day.
Bridle Creek Horse Ranch is located just north of downtown Tulsa and has 12 cabins for rent. The cabins sleep up to three and are $129/night. Full RV hookups are available for $25/night. Reservations for cabins can be made online at www.bridlecreekok.com RV spots are reserved by calling 918-288-2882. If you're interested in a cabin, it is recommended that you make your reservation soon.
We've made arrangements for a catered cookout on Saturday night at Bridle Creek. Cabins are within walking distance of the arena and stalls. Please make your plans to join us for a fun-filled weekend getaway and the opportunity to learn from the highly-respected, knowledgeable, and popular clinician Lilo Fore!

ODS needs help!
Looking for volunteers for the following positions: someone to run the used tack sale on Saturday, scribes, scorers, runners, office help, pad-dock, gate people, and arena set up help for Friday and take down arena on Sunday.

We also need someone to run the Used Tack Sale BOTH Friday & Sat-urday. And we all know who ever runs it finds the best deals!!!!! ;)

For the May Show, we'll accept advertising until April 29, and rates are: Full page: $20 :: 1/2 page: $15 :: 1/4 page: $10 :: 1/8 page or business card $8

She will discuss what to eat to prepare for competition and what to eat during an event. She will speak and then allow for questions. She will be available if you attend for questions after her session via e-mail. Don't miss this education opportunity!
