• Applications will be available online Thursday, March 25, and hard copies will be at the Jeff Moore Symposium in Shawnee.
• The format will be a little different this year. We wanted to incorporate some time for riders to interact with the instructors for questions and clarifications of their lessons. One idea was to lengthen camp to four days, but that would increase our costs dramatically and everyone (horses included) is pretty tired by Sunday. Since our schedule is so packed, we will eliminate the lunchtime demonstrations and shorten the lunch break a little.
• Then 45 minutes before dinner on Friday and Saturday each group will meet their instructor to review their lessons that day.
• Friday and Saturday each rider will have a 45-minute group lesson followed by a 30-minute private lesson. On Sunday each rider will have one 45-minute private lesson. To come up with a lesson plan for Sunday, riders will meet with their Sunday instructor on Saturday night after dinner. We feel that by Sunday you know what you want to work on.
• All three instructors are very capable of meeting your needs.

Wendy Curlis will be our expert Braider teaching all types of braids, including french, lattice, hunter, and dressage. She has tons of experience braiding and studied under Mellisa Mould.
Bring a finger food to make this fun for everyone and we will have lunch together at Pattys wonderful Facility! There is no charge to attend this fun clinic! Horses and braiding supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own, and a chair!

We would love to have your participation at the Christmas party on December 4th. We plan to have our traditional game of Santa (gift exchange, bring one per participant) in two divisions...Adult and Jr. We are also working on a fabulous door prize worth up to $100.00, plus possibly some other fun suprises. Learn about the sport of eventing in a relaxed atmosphere. Participate in mounted and unmounted sessions for a complete understanding of the three phases of eventing. You'll have the opportunity to give your horse a test drive in dressage, stadium, and cross country. Learn about required tack and attire among other topics.
A full fun-filled day for riders of all disciplines. Come experience and learn what eventing is all about. Many activities to choose from including mounted and unmounted sessions. Please see attached document for full details and registration.
February 5, 2011 GCC awards and educational presentation
The GCC awards banquet will be held February 5th this year at the Tulsa Community College West Campus Gallery Room from 5-8pm. Park in the west parking lot as the Gallery Room is on the west side. Dinner will be at 5:30pm. Please plan to bring a salad and/or dessert to go with one of the pastas from Mazzio's (lasagna, penne with chicken, penne with marinara, or greek pasta).
